You don't have to keep your hands on the keyboard/track pad; can easily scroll up and down; go back & forward; and switch apps all with the circular pad on top of the mouse. When in presentation mode it works great with PowerPoint and has a built in laser pointer to boot. The mouse it thin and light weight.
CON: The wireless connector protudes about an inch from your computer; mouse has to be recharged using the proprietary USB cable (no battery option); no side to side scroll function; the mouse goes to sleep quickly and has to be turned off/on to wake up using the small switch on the bottom of the mouse; the smooth surface is a finger print magnet.
