It holds the tab better the HDMI base and makes the tab super easy to use hands free. Mounts to any slick surface and stays put. it holds it firmly with no question about it going anywhere.
Con: power conection is weird making it a little odd removing it but only a minor issues. It comes with a 12v cable which is great.
Pro: it stays put.
